At Blooming Floret, we prioritize your satisfaction, and our policies are designed to make returns, replacements, and refunds as convenient as possible. Please review the details below to understand the process.
1. Order Cancellations Before Shipping
• You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped by our team. For cancellation requests, please WhatsApp us at +91 9910327334.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will verify the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement. To facilitate the process, please provide photos of the packing box and the damaged product.
• If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days after verification and receipt of complete details.
3. Returns for Other Reasons
• If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason other than damage or defect, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, warranty cards, tax invoices, and any other attachments that came with your order.
• All refunds for such returns will be issued as store credit or loyalty points with lifetime validity, redeemable on any future purchases from Blooming Floret.
• Return Shipping Deduction: A flat fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the store credit for returns on orders under ₹1,999. For orders above ₹1,999, a deduction of ₹199 will apply.
4. Exceptions and Exclusions
• Due to the fragile nature of our products and the complexities of reverse logistics, returns and replacements are not accepted for items in the home decor category.
• Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items: Products purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Failed Delivery & Return Shipping Charges
In case a shipment cannot be successfully delivered after three (3) delivery attempts due to reasons attributable to the customer (including refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or unavailability), the order will be marked as undeliverable.
If the product is returned to us, the one-way return shipping cost incurred to receive the product back at our warehouse will be borne by the customer. This amount will be deducted from any applicable refund or must be paid before reshipment.
